I'm not even going to watch that. The Japanese like the dumbest fucking things.

have not turned on my xbox in about a week. was prompted to DL an update...then it restarted and updated some more.....never had one do that before

wondering if anyone knows what the update is for?

The only thing it's for is to allow the extra space (1 whole GB I believe, yay!) on game discs.

For something so small and meaningless that update took forever. I actually switched back over to my PS3 and played L.A. Noire while it downloaded. It was longer than PS3 updates have been recently.

I'm even more concerned than with Homefront though. I just checked Metacritic and there still isn't a single review and the game released yesterday. That tells me that not only was there an embargo but it appears the publisher didn't even send copies of the game out to review outlets.

Very weird that Bethesda Softworks wouldn't send copies of one of their games out.

I agree. But what is the explanation?

If reviews aren't out day one, not a single review, it normally means the publisher didn't send out copies. The review outlets then usually buy their own copies which usually means a few days delay.

Well since I got it for $35 that sounds perfect.
