    Let's Go All The Way...

The "new" El Shaddai demo out on PS3 is crazy to say the least.

Psychedelic colors swirl in the foreground and background as you jump from platform to platform...

A combat system based on stealing your opponent's weapons, "purifying" them and then using it against them...

And what seems to be a guide that, in the middle of the demo, takes a phone call exclaiming that he's going to be late getting home due to how slow-and-steady your playing at the moment.

I can't recommend a "must buy" for the title when it comes out but the Demo is definitely worth a look-see.

Typically on XBL you'll find the demo first listed by going into the full directory and searching by alphabet before it shows up under Latest Demos.

Usually by a couple hours too.

Not sure if you're waiting/looking for something specific, just saying...randomly...

For real though, there's nothing new other than some new movie rentals (Jackass 3.5 got $4 out of me; nothing special), the two demos I haven't seen yet (again, El Shaddai [which won't sell but is different for a combat platformer; like a lighter GoW or DMC] and Dungeon Siege III) and maybe some media I haven't bothered to look at (Qore, etc.).

                ?

I have both right now, and I downloaded both last week. Just go do a search through all games. I don't know why they aren't appearing under new stuff, but I had the same issue. But they are both there.

If you think the gameplay is crazy you should read about the plot and story. I read several previews while away and the game is just crazy town.

I'm sure I'm in the minority but I loved FC2. It's one of the few actual open world FPS games that I've ever seen and it's quality. Driving around can get boring and some times the AI is fucking way too good. But besides that I was hooked on that game for a few weeks. I think I put over 40 hours into it.

That's exactly why after trying for about twenty minutes I give up. It's a fucking joke and not worth the rise in blood pressure.

If I remember correctly most of the cheevos in CoD2 (a lunch 360 game) were tied to beating the levels on Veteran and the only regular difficulty cheevos were for beating the entire game. It's was bullshit.

i disagree....i love the challenge. Veteran makes you play with the fear of actual death. You cant just run through like rambo.

The game is WAY too easy on other levels.

If it was more realistic I would completely agree. But it's not. The game is just full of 'monster closets' and invisible enemy check points.

If there were a finite number of enemies and I knew I could hunker down and methodically work my way through the game I would love Veteran. But because the enemies just flow like water until you hit an invisible line and they have an endless supply of grenades it's completely cheap and beyond frustrating.

Yeah, the COD campaigns have definitely gotten easier to beat on Veteran over the years.

it is too easy on other levels, but the way they up the difficulty is the way that pussies killed MW2 multiplayer, the non stop gernade spamming
