Yeah. It was printed on a card in the case with the book.

I seem to remember there being an international PS3 version selling for ~$40. Don't know if that's something that you'd be interested in.

EDIT: I can't find it. So I'm going to assume the deal to be dead.

Alright just trading in a couple older games I had and only had to pay $30 for this game. I was fortunate enough to get a spare pre-order code for the AK-47 and the game mode.

My question, since I have yet to actually put the game in, where do I get the bonuses that the limited edition comes with? Like the 2 guns and then the multiplayer packs or some shit.
