9 Year Old dies over Tony Hawks Ride

Police and relatives say an argument over Tony Hawk: Ride precipitated a shocking murder in New York; Anthony Maldonado, 9, (pictured) who got a PS3 for Christmas, was stabbed in the chest by an enraged 25-year-old early New Year's Day.

Died because his brother wanted to play it, what a crappy game to die over.

If nobody was around and the family was sleep how do they know it was over the video game? I find shit like this hard to believe.

            Damn shame.

I do find it weird though that a 25 year old was "friends" with a 9 year old.

No way he was an actual friend of the 9 year old. I think he was a friend of the brothers whom I assume was older. I want to hear the details of the case. For them to leave him with the kid and their sleeping family they had to have a pretty tight relationship with him.

The guy was mentally fucked up. He probably was considered a friend of the kid. There were no older brothers in the story. Just an uncle who's house they were in.

I blame Tony Hawk personally. It's obviously his fault. Him and Sony. They're tthe real ones at fault. Not the deranged man hanging out with small children. It's all the games.
Thats one of the comments. It made me lol.

Did I forget the sarcasm tags again? My bad.

Anyone whose 9-11 year old children are up and about after 10:00 should be shot. This includes my idiot neighbors.

As for the second thing, I agree. Though you can't play God of War on 360.
