Yeah that sounds like the best route to take in this case.

I personally think that Joker/Master Chief is the best match up for round one. This one is set up for a lot of upsets, though. Should be interesting to see if any of these characters really can challenge Mario for the title, that plumber holds a lot of weight.

Master Chief, Big Daddy, Gordon Freeman (although also on PC was a Xbox exclusive), Ryu Hayabusa (for the time being till they release the Ninja Gaiden remake on Ps3) and Marcus Fenix are all Xbox exclusives.

That doesn't count the numerous combatants like Eddie Riggs, All the Fighting Game combatants, Ezio, Batman, Resident Evil, etc...
