I think they said when you go to MLB Today you can choose any match up. You then have the option to adjust the settings or go to the "MLB 2k10 Million Dollar Contest" or whatever which will automatically have it's own set of settings.

If it's using MLB Today the rosters will be 100% accurate to what we see on the field. I don't think they'll be able to change that up.

That makes sense, they'd have to lock the settings to make it fair for everyone.

Still, I'll bet there will be some nerd savant kid that will play this non-stop and get the perfect game on release day before anyone else has a chance.
