I don't care and WILL NOT care about the incoming posts from those who'll say that it's been too long since GTAIV was relevant and it isn't worth buying.

Enjoy your shit games and titles that won't last more than a week because the story took less budget than the graphics department did (MW2).

It was? I never heard or read that anywhere. Everything I did see and hear so that this DLC (that shit still makes me mad) would NEVER come to PS3.

I'm pretty livid right now.

And if somehow that was the case, MS is dumber than I thought if they paid $50 million for a timed exclusive.

I'm not sure but it wasn't much. I remember hearing the figures and it was pathetic which is why they then turned around and renegged on their promise of DLC only and put it on a disc.

I want to say a month after release of the first episode, only 112K people had downloaded it (me being one of them). That's what, just over $2 mil?

I read a long time ago that it would eventually come to PS3. Paying 50 mil to get the DLC (even as a timed exclusive) probably sounded like a good idea at the time. The thing is, the DLC came out so late that the interest in the game died down before its release so theres no doubt that the sales didnt match expectations. Now its MUCH later and people are still excited to get the episodes on PS3? I dont get it, the game is almost 2 years old.

That said, Ballad of Gay Tony was very fun but idk if this is worth buying with all the games coming this year. It will be a good game to have and play in the months where there are no other releases, but there arent too many of those this year.

I definitely agree that both episodes took too long to come out. I didn't have too much of a problem with it because when they did come out there wasn't too much competition. But at this point it's a given that for DLC to succeed it needs to come out closer to a month within the games release.

it was always expected to be timed exclusive. But you have to remember, you cant just look at sales and see if they made a profit, I know most of my friends boguht GTA IV for the 360 because the DLC was coming to Microsoft 1st, so im sure hearing the DLC was only coming to the 360 for the 1st year of tis release many ppl bought it for that system.
