Not joining any league unless its a franchise and Im the Bucs
The Bucs are already taken but it will be a franchise with no salary cap, trades or FA. Jagsfan61 opened a thread with the available teams and I think you'd be pretty happy with most of them. There are a few playoff teams on the list.
