What you need to do it is all listed there all for under a $100.

The quality is good and you'll have a good picture if you use the best settings.

HQ 720p no.But you'll get 480p some buffering and a lil fuzzy. But it's still a good card. This is what it looks like using the Dazzle at 1000kbs.
