Is anyone else having issues with Sportsconnect? I keep randomly getting kicked off of it and not being allowed back on until i restart the game.

everytime its happened to me the games still counted.

the games not counting is new for me as of last night. i checked the show forums and OS and it seems to be wide spread

whats the VSN XP thing?

Its an ELO points system that ranks you by the strength of your opponent...since you started off really bad your xp dropped way down so when you went on your win streak you got extra points for beating opponents with a higher xp...everyone starts at 1200. It is the same ranking system used in world chess rankings, halo, gamebattles, soccer, etc. I found an online calculator that tallies the xp for us. So for example if BuccaneerFan (last) beat Buddha (first) he would get extra points for beating a much stronger opponent etc. It also eliminates guys winning 1 game and sitting atop the leaderboards with just 1 win and no losses. (for the most part)

Just played Helicopter and won 6-5...it was 6-2 at the top of the 9th and I nearly blew it but he finally flied out deep for the final out with 2 guys on base. If I would have lost that I probably would have broke the disc in half, I was raging :laugh: GG Heli

edit: I'm also getting sportsconnect login errors now, it said the servers may be down

I was getting that error about 30mins ago..i havent tried to get back on...something about the ELU or something not being found.

Just played Helicopter and won 6-5...it was 6-2 at the top of the 9th and I nearly blew it but he finally flied out deep for the final out with 2 guys on base. If I would have lost that I probably would have broke the disc in half, I was raging :laugh: GG Heli

Yea, I was getting the same login errors too.

You had me fucked up at the plate during that game. I was late on everything and couldn't get the timing down on your starter. Maybe that long delivery he had or something but he was fucking me up. Did you watch that Matt Diaz homerun. He crushed that thing off the concrete wall in left. I thought the 2 out magic was gonna continue for me in the 9th, but Prado had to end it on that fly ball to the very deepest part of the field. Great game...I know you were sweating, lol.

Yeah Diaz crushed that one, I didn't expect that. One of the HR's I hit I thought you robbed me of it, it was close. And yeah I was clueless at the end, you were gapping pretty much everything near the strike zone.

I have had no problems with the game freezing.

My games do however show that Buddha and I played a 0-0 game sometime yesterday. The win didn't count for anyone tho.

It counted for you..atleast on mine...it shows that i took the Loss.
