Lost 2-1 at Nuremberg to drop my first game of the season. Kroos and Owen, probably the two guys who spur my offence on more than anyone else are out for another two weeks.
We rebounded with a 6-1 smashing of Rangers to secure qualification in the CL. Still have one match left with Barca but it can't change anything.

In to the winter break, top of the table and two points clear of a resurgent schalke side. Only conceded five goals so far in the leauge but the mid table teams are doing we to frustrate the attack.

Boateng got a fat extension, while Lahm and Robben have agreed to extend another year at lower wages. They are getting older but I feel a sense of loyalty to them.Comment

Sometimes I like to use a team that has unlimited amounts of money so I can build an 'all-star' team. So I'm using Man City.
I'm in my second season and trying to win my second EPL title. It's a close one. My remaining games are Tottenham (A) and Newcastle (H). I've also won the League Cup and am in the FA Cup Final against Arsenal.
