Editing the attributes doesn't work. Because if they add up to more than his CA or PA they'll just drop right back down.

If you up his CA and not his PA then his attributes won't be any different (if I read the forums correctly). You have to edit both his CA and PA, then edit his attributes. Hopefully he gets a boost with the new patch.

Yeah I did the PA and CA and it worked.

Going to play a straight up 4-4-2 now. I've got Aurelio on as left mid so we'll see where that goes. I'd like to bring a legit outside midfielder like Stewart Downing if I can because I'm going to use Kuyt as a back up striker.

Signed Charlie Adam for 7.5 million pounds and thats all the business I'll be doing. Actually, John Arne Riise may be making a return to Anfield.

Decided against getting Arne Riise. Roma want 14 million pounds for him and I want to save some of my budget in case I need to do an emergency buy in January.

I tried finding a spot for Taarabt but he doesn't fit into anything I want him to play. I might put him up at striker with Wood but Lavric has been playing well there in the friendlies and he scored our first goal of the year in the Championship.

Joe Cole just tore his calf in a Carling Cup game. Out 3-4 months. He has been unimpressive so far, but i liked his ability to cover all the midfield positions

You don't have to spend on big name guys. Stock your youth system and build there, that way guys come up through your club.

Ok so I am at January with my A. Madrid save. Currently tied for second with Real Madrid with 36 points, Barcelona is first with 41. I have either won, or atleast drawn, with every team except Real and Barcelona where I lost.



That's my setup. My plans are to sell Lopez for sure and maybe Reyes if I can get a good amount back. I have around $6.20 million to spend.

This is where I need help. Who can should I go out and get for around 6-9 million? I am thinking a defender, or a solid midfielder to either replace or back up Tiago. Tiago plays a central midfield and just plays direct passes to the wings/strikers. Suarez plays a defensive game and I have Maresca and Raul Garcia backing him up.

Looking for to bump myself up to be able to knock off Real and Barcelona.
