Won promotion with Blackpool (and the league)

Swansea's the only team officially relegated from the Premiership so far. Wigan and Wolves are in the drop zone with two matches to go each, with 30 and 29 points respectively. Villa is just outside with 33 points, QPR with 34, and Blackburn should be safe with 35.

Facilities-wise, we're set to have youth and training facilities upgraded. Construction is set to be complete on October 5th 2012.

Also, while the board has declined my request to build a new stadium, they've gone out on their own to expand Bloomfield Road by 3,994 seats, bringing the capacity to just over 20k.

Unsurprisingly, I was named Manager of the Year. Everyone and their mother's been rumoring me to take over for fired managers. I've denied interest so far this offseason in Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton, Werder Bremen, and Wolfsburg. My board better start worshiping me soon.

Cavani is insane on this game. In my first save with Everton that I got like 4 years into, Tottenham signed him, and he scored something like 38 goals in league play. Probably 6 of those against me.

Yup, I am worried. City, United and Arsenal are already on another level. Spurs got Tevez last year for £11 million. Now Liverpool have Cavani? I am putting faith in my young defenders, but these guys will rip them apart

Was not expecting Canales to come, but he lowered his demands from 70k down to a reasonable 35k. Adryan was upset at the competition, but I think I might send him on loan for a bit to develop his skills

Nope. My coaches still think he has potential, but I haven't seen any growth. Pedro was signed for the wing (more for an improvement on Jonas), but Ranger is still garbage. Here he is...

Finally used the Team Meeting feature. I like it.

Yeah, its cool. As long as you don't fuck up the talk, it gives the side a nice morale boost. It can also be used to end a bad run of form and such.

After being unable to settle on a game in Germany, I decided to give England a try. Was going to try Newcastle but settled on Blackburn. I'll pretend to be a Geordie at some point later. Blackburn is interesting and they have some pretty decent players, plus some youth to develop. I have a decision to make, though - to edit or not. If you run the MLS as playable, the game creates a bunch of start-up newgens and a few are quality. In some of my recent games in Germany, there was an amazing rightback and a tiny firecrakcer of a DM with 20 Influence. This guy is possible the best newgen I've ever seen. He is an 18 or 19 year old American center back - Heading, Marking, and Tackling are all 19, Passing is 14, all his physical stats are 14 or higher except strength, and his mental attributes aren't bad, including 20 Determination. He's unsignable... unless I edit a bit. Which I'm really really tempted to do, as turning him into a world class defender would be fun.
