the single player aspect of cod3 was decent however if your looking for a good ww2 game if you have your xbox still get band of brothers 1 and 2 and buy hells highway that series campaign is way better

I was never sure why COD3 got so much hate. I really enjoyed the single player and the online was pretty fun. -

RIGHT? It was awesome. I had more fun playing that then I did with COD: WAW. The achievements were pretty sweet too and being a medic was solid. So many points.Comment

Is being the "worst" game of the COD series really a bad thing?
It's a good game. Not as good as the three more recent games, but it's good. You wouldn't be disappointed with it, especially at under 20$.

there is nothing wrong with COD3 at all. alot of the hate is because people got sick of the WW2 theme. But if you like the COD series then there is no reason not to play this game. and since u like the WW2 theme then thats an even bigger reason to play the game.
$20 seems a bit pricey for game that old. I would think u could snag a used copy for $10 or so.Comment

I hate it because it was so much worse than Call of Duty 2. Shooting just didn't feel right and the maps were too large. You basically spawned as far from the action as possible, then walked/ran for a minute over to the action just to get killed by some support gunner laying on the ground. Repeat this the entire game. It was silly.
Most of the people who played CoD2 hardcore went back to it after a few weeks, or they went to GOW/RB6V.Last edited by MvP; 02-20-2010, 02:13 PM.Comment
