PSN Update; No Demo

I get confused on who is who when reading this. SCEA, Sony Comp Ent America is Sony or not? lol

From what I've read it sounds like

The Show blames Playstation for not releasing the demo and claim they sent it.

Playstation says The Show didn't send it to them at the same time they did last year, thus it's not through their reviewal process.


Am I right or am I getting people mixed up?

I think the developers (SCEA) didn't get the demo to PSN in time for it to be put into the launch schedule for this month. If they had, it would have been hyped in the PSN blogs (which are probably written weeks in advance and go through numerous Legal and product manager reviews) and loaded in with the PS Store updates for this week or even earlier this month like they did last year.

History holds true again. If there is no PSN blog update hyping the upcoming demo, there is no demo.

i see. yeah i thought the show people were the ones to blame and i think they are using playstation as a cop out without admitting when it was sent.

at least that's the opinion I get.

Who cares. Don't need a demo for a game like this that you know is going to be great year in and year out. Besides, I'd rather wait to play the real thing and see all the new "little things" with the actual game instead of 3 innings.
