Ok, this is just a rediculous amount of detail. In my last game in RTTS, I noticed everybody was using pink bats and thought that was weird. I checked the schedule and it was May 9th. After googling may 9th I found that it is the exact day of Mother's day this year. I thought this was incredible.

No I don't think so. It helped me get a hold of Kam Mickilios pitching repertoire. I think thats what its basically for so you can get acclimated to their pitching style and repertoire.

I just played my first game and something really cool happened.

The game stopped for a second and the announcer said

" A little pause in the action cause some wahoo decided to go out onto the field. Since this is an MLB broadcast we can't show you the fan. He'll be spending the rest of the afternoon in the "pokie" (I believe thats what he said)"

I thought it was a nice touch.

On top of that I had a foul ball overturned to a homerun.

Man that is awesome! Too bad they can't actually show the fan.

dont know if someone has mentioned it. playing today, i hit a deep fly to center and the CF held his hand out feeling for the wall as he made the catch.

i love how during basehits, the OFers make the nonchalant throws back to the infield.

cool things I have seen so far.....

Foul ball off the umps mask, knocks him down.

Wild pitch off the catchers mask, deflects back to the wall.

Johnny Damon was running for a ball setting up to throw it to home, but he threw it so hard that he lost his balance and fell on his face.

the best thing i have seen thus far involves setting down the controller (not pausing the game) and watching

i saw chone figgens hand his bat to the ump and the ump showed him his golf swing. the guys at first were pretending to drink a beer...at least making the gesture as part of the conversation. Peralta and the 3rd base ump and 3rd base coach were in a converation which ended up with peralta laying face first on the ground to show them some centipede looking move

the best...by far was seeing the seattle bench. One of their guys crawled under the bench to a player. 2 other players were chatting it up with him. Next thin you know the player jumps out of his seat shaking his leg.....the player under the bench did somthing to him like burn his leg or somthing to make him jump. The guy who jumped up then proceeded to chase the other player thru the dugout.

Saw an outfielder make a diving catch, then the opposing manager came out and argued the call while the commentators started talking about whether the ball was trapped or not.

what do you mean ? are you talking about if you are playing a game and if you just stop and dont do anything for a while it will start to show different things ? I would imagine this only works if your pitching so the game has to wait for you ...? I want to see this stuff- unless this is a load of bull pucky haha
