How would u rank the multiplayer in it compaired to MW2 or Black Ops

Considering this game is NOTHING like that I couldn't compare it.

times this by a million. It is dumbfounding how this game continues to get made and just gets worse and worse every game. The player collision is horrid, I can barely run around the map without my camera going crazy, no shoulder switch, no lobbies, i can't join half of the games.. bring back socom 2 with no cheating -- it won't even matter what the graphics look like

brother's ps3 shit the bed so can't play S4...but since the patch its a little bit better. I'll adapt to it eventually but in the mean time it's Socom II online on the ps2! 150 people on at peak hours.

Been playing this alot the last couple days. The last patch fixed clan and party stability that was an issue before. Plus they have 3 new DLC packs. One is free, one is $9.99 and the other is $7.99

New Gamemode: Demolition
Included Maps:
“Departure” – Navigate trains and tunnels in this subway station as you hunt down the enemy.
“Overflow” – Both distanced and close-quarters combat take place around a massive dam.
“Bitter Jungle” – Get out of the city and into the jungle in this classic SOCOM environment.
“Ruins” – Do battle in this classic SOCOM map’s ancient ruins.
Included Weapons:
HS-C3 – Low rate of fire but above average damage and very high accuracy.
552 – Average damage and firing rate, but very accurate when standing still.

The second DLC is called Evac
Costs $7.99
A new Evac-Co-op mode and a new co-op map
Included Weapons:
AM50 – It doesn’t carry many rounds and it’s slow to fire, but the AM50 will kill with a single shot anywhere on an opponent’s body.
M82A1A – A very low firing rate and lower than average ammo capacity is offset by the M82A1A’s ability to take down an opponent with a single round.

Assault Pack Maps:
"Red Line" - A monorail depot highlights this small and highly war-torn urban location.
"Double Cross" - A plane has crashed into a small mountain village, leaving wreckage and burning debris scattered throughout the area.
"Driftwood" - A small fishing village with a tight layout results in intense close-quarter battles.

Assault Pack Weapons:
M16 - This highly accurate Spec Ops weapon is great at range and, with a suppressor gained at Mod Level 2, can be used in stealthier situations as well.
AK-47 - This Insurgent weapon is difficult to control but inflicts a high amount of damage. It's also capable of holding a large amount of ammo at Mod 5, making a very deadly option for aggressive players.

So for under 20 bucks you can get 8 new maps, 3 gamemodes, 6 new guns, 12 new character skins. Makes the game a whole lot deeper imo.

I'm pretty sure all of those map packs have been out for at least a year.

I think I have Demolition because it came with first run copies. What's a SOCOM Pro member?

Lol Socom 4 was a bad version of COD. Zipper did a poor job with this game. I got so much play out of Confrontation (2+ years) but this was one of the worst buys ever for me.
