This game sounds like Madden 10 service pack 2.
If you liked Madden 10, that's great news.
If you thought Madden 10 was boring and unengaging, not so much.
Madden 10 did not rekindle my love for the franchise, which is so sad, the developers were nice guys and had the greatest intentions.
But you simply can't slap a coat of paint on crap and expect to fix it.

It's time to kill the current game and start from scratch. Of course that would take three years and a lot of money, so it's not happening.

The biggest downer for the series to me is the fact that player ratings (other than speed) really mean nothing. You could put a receiver at left tackle and it would mean nothing.
