As a Rangers fan, I say this for your benefit. If you trade Gaborik for anybody other than Malkin, Crosby, Ovechkin or Kovalchuk I will skullfuck you thoroughly. There is no package of inferior players which makes up for Gaborik's combination of speed, puck control, passing and shot in this game. Don't be a Sather.

There are a couple of things I'd love to say about this, but alas this is not the place for it.

Regardless, in NHL10, there are 5 forwards who have the skill combination I mentioned in the previous post, and due to the nature of the game they are simply irreplaceable.

Particularly mental to trade Gaborik for useless guys (in game) like Getzlaf and Alfredsson.

Getzlaf is proper shit in this game. As an 88 overall, truthfully he plays like an 82. He's too bulky and slow, needs to do more burpees. Blake is actually not too bad in game because you don't have a "hook because I'm too slow" button on the controller.
