Different from MW2. Character models are def much less bulky. I think it uses the same core engine that Call of Duty 4 used.
I'm excited. It's a relief to hear that Treyarch is inventing instead of piggy back riding IW(R.I.P.).
The training mode looks good. At first, you think "Oh who cares, I wont play it" But man theres so many times when I get put on a team in an objective mode, and my teammates are just incompetent to the objective. Hopefully that training mode nudges them and tells them they should be doing something, when they are not.
That's why you got to run with the FOOT clan on the PS3 son! Then you got guys like Buddha, who hangs back and snipes the crap out of the other team, boody, who rampages through, Kyhadley snipin king and yours trully running the ground to air support along with recon.

Lame to see the melee is still a "one hit and kill" thing.
Still think it's retarded that you can slash someone wildly in the arm with a knife and they die but it takes me 2-3 bullets to put down a guy.
i guess they figured u hit a jugular. I wish they changed it so you would always bleed out from a knife hit. making you drop into last stand. Forcing the enemy to shoot you before getting shot.

I think I'd rather die instantly, than go into last stand.
They should make the knife an equipped weapon. And eliminate ANY lunging. I hate that the knife does all the work for you.

That would be better than the way it is now.
You think by now they'd be able to have better hit detection on where your slash actually hit the guy and how much energy/life/etc it should take away.
Like I said. The way the game played/plays now I can hit you in the lower leg with a throwing knife or knife slash and it kills you instantly. However it takes 2-3 shots center mass to drop you. It doesn't seem balanced at all.

Hacker – Detect enemy equipment and explosives
Tactical Mask – Reduces the effect of flash and concussion grenades
