Last year, when MW2 came out I didn't pre order the game from Gamestop (the only place around campus to buy games) I went in when the store opened, was about 10th in line, I got the last copy for 360 that wasn't for a preorder. I sold it to some knucklehead behind me for $80 and then drove to Walmart and bought the game again. WIN.

Bought my copy of MW2 off of a retail BlockBuster preorder...

About 20 people in line including me, 12 of them actually got the game (one who got the edition with the shitty nightvision goggles) and the rest just showed up to rent that shit.

I still at the woman who waited with her son past midnight to rent the thing instead of just buying it.

Robbers Nab Over 100 Copies of Black Ops
Four cases of the game stolen from GameStop.

The Baltimore Sun reports two men armed with handguns stole four cases of Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops video game, cash, and gaming systems from a GameStop store at the Bel Air shopping center in Harford County, Md. late Saturday night.

The robbers made off with more than 100 copies of Black Ops, which is set to go on sale this Tuesday. The local sheriff's office is asking residents to contact them if they come across early copies of the game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops goes on sale November 9 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Wii, and DS

I will not be buying it, Treyarch fucked me over twice with 3 and 5 and I won't let them do it again. Although, I will give it a shot when my roommates pick it up tomorrow. If I REALLY enjoy it, I might consider asking for it for Christmas.
