Yeah. The apple lady laughed at me when I told her I was looking to buy a MBP to run SC2 lol. I researched it beforehand and the new models have an upgraded graphics card. I can run everything on medium with no lag. Which is great for a laptop IMO.

Please people stop wasting your money on these stupid overpriced macs.

My 4 year old PC can play the game @ better quality then that.

I know another guy who has a mac and is playing SC2 on it. No one plays him because he lags so bad during 2 v 2 games. The only thing he can do is play 1 v 1 without worrying about lag.

I agree though, Macs are over-priced but I still over-pay because they offer great customer service. PCs are buggy as fuck and it's a bitch to get it repaired. With my Mac Book I just bring it to the Apple Store and they usually fix it within an hour or two. For free. No questions asked.

lol except mac's customer service is probably one of the worst outside of some big name companies phone support. Their company line is shit and for the most part the techs are low level guys who are probably below the geek squad guys in terms of support.

They stick to their warranties to the second and after that the charges are rediculous.

You can't just bring a mac book to the store and get it fixed for free either so unless you know someone there that doesn't happen. If its warranty you still generally have to wait a day or two (in their defense this is typical of a PC shop as well) Also most places first fix is to just reinstall the whole OS. Your data is generally a goner at this point since they don't care enough to back it up.

PCs are only buggy if your retarded. Plain and simple. If you can't operate a gaming pc I don't know how you operate a car.

I worked at Best Buy and their customer serviced sucked ass. They basically make very little money off extended warranties and try to save every buck they can when it comes to these things. They mostly consider it a 'bonus' if you can successfully sell an extended warranty. One they sell it they don't want to be bothered by it.

When my iPhone broke and or I have problems with my Mac Book they take it in and tell me it could take up to tomorrow but they usually call me within a few hours the same day. It's free the first year and free for 3 years if you buy the warranty.
