matt had hum cover at 60. i thought that was a bit high, so 55 might be the happy medium

i had tried lowering cpu pass rush to 30 and the rush was never an issue for me. So i put it back to 35 and i agree that it can be tough against the rush. I think Hum pass block up 5 to 50 might a better option.

Washington has that heismen QB, but thats a sick amount of passing by them. The high completion % bugs me too

also, the reason i went from 60 to 50 was i actually meant to goto 55, but i entered 45 by mistake and had some great games like that. It needed a bump so thats how i ended up at 50.

the games i played at 45 were probably a fluke even though i played great teams. I still think 55 is the number especially after your results

Locker was insane! There were a couple plays where he was on the right hash and would toss across his body to the left hash with perfect accuracy.

In fact, I'd say 3-4 of his incompletions came off of easy drops.

i edited the 1st post and im gonna try it tomorrow. looks like u ran the ball well. Was it just easy to run, or did the CPU miss tackles?

seems like running is to easy while passing is too hard. Raising the pass block should make passing better, but then maybe raise CPU tackling +5 to tone down the human rushing

Not a ton of broken tackles, just holes for days. I'd attribute that to the great difference in talent between by O-Line/FB/TEs and their D-Line/LBs, but that wasn't the case when I dropped back to pass.

Alright, here's game #2 with those updates...

I must say the result seems a bit more realistic. Coverage was a bit better as you can see by Locker's lowered completion percentage and pass blocking was improved.

I think the issue with Locker's inflated passing stats now is the massive amount of broken tackles they had. I only had 2 broken tackles with Allen Bradford (HB #21), a noted power back, while the Huskies had 9 between four different runners. Also, it doesn't track the stat for receivers of which they had multiple plays where a WR would break 2-3 tackles for a huge gain.

I'm keeping the wideouts in check by forcing underneath routes, but they break so many tackles that every play seems to be a decent gain, no matter how they were covered.

              Overall, solid stuff.

I had a really good game with these sliders.
Only two complaints - a non-existent pass rush for yours truly, especially if you choose to only rush four guys. The other is I think punt power is a bit too high for the human, but that's just nit-picking.
My game: Alabama 31 (cpu) Oregon 17 (me).
This game was about turnovers and big, big plays. Alabama burned me with two deep passes. I burned them with two hellacious screens, but at the end of the day, my 3 INTs and fumble were too much to overcome.
The game was tied 3-3 at the half, then the teams went to work in the second half.
The game was tied 17-17 late in the 3rd quarter when Alabama threw a 60-yd TD strike.
I then threw an INT which gave them the commanding 31-17 win.
I played the game in Alabama, which made things harder, obviously.
Nate Costa started 15/21, and ended 16/30 which should tell you something.

I didn't change to your penalty sliders, but may do so after seeing Brnt4Life's penalty numbers. They seem more realistic.

Overall, I like these sliders a lot and will use them in my franchise. The game was exciting and I never felt cheated. All three INTs were legit bad throws.

The run game on both sides felt right.

My next game testing these sliders will be vs. Stanford in my franchise.

i am still playing with all of the kick power sliders. Hum punt, CPU FG power and hum KO. Although i think 35 for KO power if just right.

The one game i played PSU at OSU last night was the most penalties i have seen as of yet. PSU was getting called on 1 drive in the 3rd where they had 3 penalties and 7 total. Brents game is by far the highest i have seen. I like the feel of the penalties. Its all holding, clipping and facemask with some false starts mixed in, but at least u see something

one thing i notice alot (some may not like this but i do) is that alot of the penalties i see come on kick/punt returns. which is not unreal imo

Dave did u have human pass coverage at 55?

Matt had hum pass cov at 60 and pass rush at 60. If you struggling with pass rush, i would suggest trying cover at 60 first. For me with Oh St the coverage forced the cpu to wait that extra second for me to make the sack or hurry. For OSU DLine it was too much, but for a lower rated team maybe its what is needed

I always decline the penalty when the cpu gets called for holding on fair catches or kicks that go into the end zone.

nah i havnt seen any of that. I am saying on legit returns. i see a total of 2 of these per game. My point being that while i still see calls on the normal drives, i also see some on the returns too. But never like u mentioned. Those wouldnt be fair...i would decline too

By the way, just to let you know Maynard, if Stanford upsets my Ducks in our next game and ruins my bid for a National Championship, I'm driving my dog sled to your house and smacking you over the head with my cane.

Yeah, both. Also 4-5 holding penalties came on kickoffs alone.
