My Heisman Sliders

    i am loving these silent nature sliders. Fantastic game Miami at Ohio St. This game had everything. Big plays on both sides, 21 point total in 1st quarter, critical turnovers, fake punts, missed FG, sacks, bad reads, huge stops on dee, back and forth slugging with no points scored for over 15 mins combined. I play 8 min Q and from 7:29 in the 2nd to 7:11 in the 4th it was just back and forth battleing after 28 total were scored in the first 8:31.

    and it came down to 2 chances for Miami to tie it at the end. driving with 230 to go they threw a pick. Held me to 3 and out and burned their TO. got the ball on their 40 with 33 seconds and still managed to a have a last shot at a 35 yard TD...but i got the sack to end it

    anyways, look at the stats

    sidenote, my rushing looks ridiculous, but brandon saine took my first play 77 yards for a td, then had a 45 yard and a 32 yard td. So thats 3 carries for 154 yards. The remaining runs were 20 carries for 25 yards. miami played well against the run except for those 3 plays were on 2 they brought there safeties up into the box and got burned.

          I thought these were Heisman sliders... Anyways, I used these and I still felt the anger of me playing the Heisman default sliders. I seen they had a super pass rush, my receivers were dropping easy catches and my defenders were dropping easy ones... Heisman anything is just way to hard and not fun.

            i stopped using the heismen sliders i posted. Those were based off of matts slider set....this is a new set made by silent nature at OS played on AA.

            i played 5 total games so far and i am loving these. 3 of the 5 were my 1st 3 in dynasty mode. All games were at ohio state.
            marshall, miami and ohio u. I kicked the crap out of marshall and ohio, and had a great game against miami

            click game details and player stats to see how ohio did. they played as they should have played. They got yardage and played as good as they could against a high powered team.

            EDIT...for some reason that site is showing the player stats for the miami game for all 3 games

              I played a game on Versuz sliders. LSU vs Miami. I ended up losing like 31-21.

              Jacory Harris went 22-23 And my QB(Jordan Jefferson) was something fairly godly as well. Not nearly as accurate, but rather high for a player like him.

              WR catch is too high, QB accuracy is too high, interceptions are too high. Too many sliders are too high. Verdict is: Versuz's sliders are over-done.

              If you want every pass to be on point, and either caught by you, or the CPU, and every run play to be blocked to perfection, then have at it.

              When you jack up sliders to the max, you instigate those respective sliders to happen or work in nearly every situation they can, regardless of position, rating, etc. And that's not sim at all.

              I'll try SN's sliders when I get back from the M's game.

                yeah i played on game and had 600 yards passing with notre dame vs michigan. my qb was like 28-30

                    I'm about to try what Maynard posted...as I just can't take anymore of fucking Heisman default. CPU DB's fucking swarm to the football with every throw and cut off every single receiver route, the minute to QB releases the ball. As good as the CPU secondary is...my AI's couldn't cover a fucking barn!

                      with the posted sliders for AA, i find that passing is not an issue for me unless i force a pass. But if i make the right read and find the open man i dont have DB issues. generally there is at least 1 open man on every pass play. i just have to find him. when there is nobody open i have pryors legs to take off.

                      running has been real easy for me. But i havnt played anyone in my chise thats slightly good except miami. Saine has a 9 ypc avg thru 4 games. But when i play marshall, ohio and EMU that is expected. EMU is just terrible....beyond terrible in fact

                      back to the passing. Guys in SN thread at OS are complaining about the DB issue even with his sliders. Against miami they played a fair game imo....its not a issue for me

                        As bad as versus sliders were maybe taking them into practice and adjsting the CPU coverage slider so the DB's read the play rather than actually run the route would be beneficial.

                          That's exactly what the problem is on default. CPU DB's run the actual routes better than and ahead of receivers.

                            Yeah versus sliders stopped that. There has to be an AA slider setting that mirros that as well.

                              someone had suggested to take caver down and turn int up. The thinking being that with low cover u could eliminate this DB issue u guys speak of and find open recievers, but that when the ball was thrown the DB would react better to the ball because the INT slider is higher.

                              i havnt tried this and dont know anyone who has. versus sliders seem so whacked that i wouldnt look at anything he has as a starting point

                              i guess having the talent of OSU eliminates this problem for me to the point where its a non issue. But even playing top teams i didnt see this DB thing as a problem.

                                I saw it the other night REALLY badly in practice on AA. I had WR's running double move routes and the CPU was running the routes ahead of the WR and making cuts etc before the WR was. It's there...and it's pretty bad. It will take some tweaking but versus showed that sliders can/will affect this. I'm not so much saying use his as a abse but use his methodology in finding a slider value on AA for Pass Coverage that has the DB's reacting to the WR rather than basically running the route before hand.
