Players try to stay inbounds on sideline catches. I threw a corner ball to Moss and he brought it in with an animation where he toe touches as he goes out of the back of the endzone.

if its anything like NCAA they overdid it where almost everything you throw towards the back of the endzone the players will drag their feet then fall down.

He didn't fall down, but I know what you mean like in NCAA.:orton:

I threw a 50 yard bomb to Sidney Rice in the back of the endzone and he ran right out of bounds instead of attempting to get his foot down. He caught the ball with his right foot down about 3 yards inside the endzone and then didn't even attempt to drag the left foot, he just kept running almost like he was stretching to get out of bounds. I've seen improved sideline awareness by receivers thus far but it's almost like EA didn't think to include that awareness for the back of the endzone

My Moss one was back of the endzone. it was nearer to the corner though. I wonder what triggers that animation. Maybe it is a RANDY only since he is a beast.

I have seen some insane sideline grabs. Sidney Rice attempted about 3 times in a game to pull one in with one hand and drag the feet pretty tight

Yeah 1 handed catch animation is sorta out of control.

well it makes more sense for the offence to make them, before Madden 11 it was only the defence that really made them.

                      so that's a positive yeah?

Funny thing that happened. Right before the game vs the Saints, the Vikings sign Terrell Owens. 6 catches for 67 yards, no TDs, but he obviously made an impact.

                            Conference Championships:

                            Jets 17 @ Ravens 24

                            Super Bowl

                            Ravens (15-1) 23 vs Redskins (13-3) 21

Mcnabb had a hell of a game (15/20 200yd 2td 0 int) but apparently got hurt and Sexy Rexy came in. Grossman went 0-4 with an INT.

Will be back later with Season 2 sim stats. Not bad so far. Nothing too outlandish at least.
