Looking to get in an OD

Guys I'm looking to either join or help start up an online dynasty. I'm in Killa Pand's already and it's fun, want to join another where we could have discussion thru the forums and what not with guys I somewhat know. Anybody interested? I don't want to be the commish, but if we get 8 or so guys together I'm sure someone will do it. I'm on the 360 by the way.
