Ive had games where it was a struggle and games where it was a shootout. I played my buddy last night Saints (him) vs Vikings (Me) on All Madden and Drew Brees tore shit up in the air while I rushed for over 280 yards. 20 attempts, 240 yards and 5 TDs for AP. Final score was 49-35 me. You have to guess correctly on every play or you will get burned.

On the flipside our game before that I won 17-10 Cowboys (Him) vs Bucs where neither one of us could move the ball.

I've played 2 play now ranked games. Both times it's been my 49ers vs Adrian Peterson. The second game was such bullshit. I'm not the greatest by any means, but I can hold my own for sure. Favre was 0-4 with 2 picks and peterson had over 30 carries for over 500 yds!! Pretty sad how he broke through tackle after tackle. Is there a blog or thread somewhere stating what is going to be in the first patch stated by an EA rep?

Chad Henne broke like 8 tackles on a 70 yard TD run. He literally threw off my entire DL like Neo threw off all the Mr Smith clones in the Matrix. I'd say the defense is busted.

you can just hold x and the cpu will take control of your guy until you unrelease it. so even with ea adding gay features like that so everybody can roam the field with a safety or mlb sadly defense is still broken

The defense on this game is hilarious. No one knows what a tackle is. I was playing Jagsfan on AM earlier and my players just kept shrugging off defenders like it was nothing. I had Brandon Lafell break two tackles back to back en route to a 77 yard TD pass. Shit made no sense and would never happen if this game was based on reality at all.

This game is just so bland and unpolished.

I haven't been having too much trouble on D but it definitely needs to be tightened up. Broken tackles and big passing plays are far too often. If you don't have fast corners in this game you have no chance. The deep ball is very much so back.

I feel bad for the online guys, because offline this game plays pretty damn good with the right slider set.
CPU teams play exactly like they do in the real NFL, and sliders take care a lot of the defensive issues.
