How do you invite someone to a ranked game?

Everytime I try to invite a friend to a ranked game it says I'm not permitted to and that it will create a random play now game session...

we challenge people on our FL with "Unranked" Games.....not sure if thats the difference

only way is to both go to play now and hope you get in together. you can create session an dmake the dnf and skill level that of your friend and hope to get him that way. Its a crapshoot to try to get a friend into ranked.

They say they did that to prevent guys who would give each other free wins aka rankwhores.

How about removing him from your friends list then meeting up in the lobby and challenging one another or are the ranked games still not working in the rooms?

No you cant challenge someone ranked at all, its a feature they removed on purpose. The only ranked games you can play are supposed to be random play now games.

MVP on these forums said him and his friend wanted to play ranked and just tried to enter play now at the same time and they got to play.

We had one before they moved to a new server the night madden came out. Some people bitched about it and asked where Timsgiants tracker software from last year went. Thats the last i heard about it. I think OOBL was trying to do something about it but hes leaving for a week tonight, for now i guess its scrapped IDK.
