that is strange regardless of it being one retailer that's doing it.

why would Gamestop take a hit on their sale? Selling it below price point doesn't hurt EA, I mean Gamestop pulls in less profit per sale because of this.

Leads me to believe they have more copies than they believe they can sell based on launch day sales. They need to bring in more of the remaining Madden 11 purchasers to ensure they don't have excess copies that don't get sold.

if you wait for the 1st patch; might be able to get pre-owned for even less than that.......
after patch meaning - people will more disappointed and just trade it in.....

If it's that much for you...but it again and return that sealed copy with the old receipt. I was able to get lucky and score it for 35 at Toys R Us, this included the price of a gift card given with purchase. Still haven't played it that much.

edit: Either thinking of using the gc on Mafia II or NHL 11. NBA 2K11 is too far for me to hold it.

I expected that for PS3 people, but the 360 people that will buy it used are SOL unless they want to pay $10(?) for it.
