Are injuries broken?

So Armando Allen gets knocked out at the end of the first game of my ND season. It says it;s a shoulder injury that will put him out for one week. Three weeks later and he's still showing as questionable. WTF?

And now Hughes just got knocked out for three weeks.

No they aren't broken they just linger.

If a player gets injured for 1 week he can still be listed as questionable/probable/doubtful a few weeks after he comes back.

Only bad thing is it's always QBs/HBs/Wrs that get injured and always shoulder, ab or pectoral problems.
