    WTH happened to practice?

I recall having the ability to choose the spot of the ball? Is this gone?

I can't recall what year but why did EA remove ability to choose random run or random pass?

    EA is retarded.

The ability to choose random plays and to move the ball is still in the game. Dont remember the button (may be pressing the analog in or select) to spot the ball but random plays are at the playcall screen. Im %100 sure because I did both the night I got the game. Keep looking.

          Thanx for the re-spot ball.

But being unable to select random from a set on defense or formation or even run/pass on offense is retarded.
That was one of there "were looking into adding this back" lines from a few years ago.

I use to love doing that wayyyy back in '08. If there was a certain formation that I was getting beat with online I could go to practice, go to the formation and play against random plays from that formation just like it was a real game. In 09 and 10 you couldn't even do that, you had to see the play you were picking which completely takes away from the element of surprise.

The random (from a formation) was the best practice feature ever. I loved being able to also select random man or random zone D's, too. It really helped to learn how to read the D. I've been listing that as my main wish to put back in for a few yrs now.

Yeah I know, but I think 08 was the last time you could do it.

You can do it in PS2 Madden but you were never able to on PS3/X360.
