VANQUISH: Bcuz Sega has no idea how to promote

TRU has Vanquish for $16.99, in store only. Both versions. It will still show $39.99 on the shelf but it rings up $16.99.

I just picked up a copy for PS3. Supposedly it was the lead sku and doesn't suffer from extensive screen tearing like the 360 version.

It's when you turn the camera and it looks like the screen separates, or "tears". It's pretty common. I'm surprised you've never heard of it.

Surprisingly they are both made by Platinum games. Whereas the 360 version of Bayonetta was far superior the PS3 version of Vanquish is supposed to be the better version, although just slightly. No where near the difference like it was with Bayonetta.

You'd have to really look to notice the tearing apparently. It;s a negligible difference.

I mainly went with PS3 more so because I have far more 360 games and I usually prefer 3rd person games on PS3, whereas I prefer FPS's on 360.

I reviewed the game in my thread, this is a great shooter that has nothing going for it.
