[360] help with XBL.com

i can access xbl website and view friends lists and what not. But when i click to goto my account i get this message now

Error symbol Windows Live ID is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons:

* This site may be experiencing a problem.
* The site may not be a member of Windows Live ID.

You can:

* You can sign in or sign up at other Windows Live ID sites and services, or try again later at this site.

i been getting this for over a week now and i never had this problem before. I need to access my account so i can disable auto renew on my gold account.
this has nothing to do with the price increase thread

Is anyone else able to get into their my account screen? Got a link i can use?
I dont understand why they dont allow you to change this shit on the 360

Sign in. Maybe clear cookies and Temp Files.

temp files was the answer. i forgot that firefox doesnt have that option in its tools. i had to go into the control panel and do it.
