Playing through ME2 right now with an imported M1 character.

Can't believe Soldier is the most used class. Makes no sense to me I would've guessed Vanguard. Engineer being the least used makes perfect sense though.

Now if only EA did this so they could see how many people stop playing Madden..

I basically picked up Dragon Age and most of the DLC for it because of the Mass Effect series.

Bioware just knows how to make a decent game...that allows you to bump uglies with alien species.

I didn't get to play Mass Effect 2 as much as I would have liked. That is around the time when my 360 started acting up. I won't rebuy it for the PS3 because my roommate is buying it :D

EA does use telemetry data for Madden, it just leads to shitty features like gameflow.

too bad all of dragon age 1 is almost completely irrelevent to dragon age 2 (also, too bad most of dragon age is irrelevent to the expansion). no character importing, and the events of the first game will be barely mentioned.

i kinda expected some continuity, part of the awesomeness of ME2 was that it further progressed the storylines that you chose to setup from the first one. oh well. ME3 should be amazing.

I got money that says Bioware will still put out that Collectors Edition (no pun intended) and then create an additional DLC for all the systems afterward, just to squeeze some more money out of your pockets...

They can have my money of course. :tee:

                    :?:

Your main character starts off in Lothering after The Warden leaves to save Ferelden.

As the darkspawn show up to destroy the town.

Afterward, you leave for Kirkwall, a town that in the very near future, will be attacked by the Qunari.

The same race of people Sten comes from as he was sent to figure out what the Blight is and how to stop it... which he does if you get him to join your group.

Also of note, your character meets Flemeth, Morrigan's Mother and famed "Witch of the Wilds."

The very lady who ships off Morrigan to become stronger and more adept in magic so when she returns home, she can possess Morrigan's body as her own.

It's attached and so is Awakening, even though that expansion basically entails what happens after you kill the Archdemon and the consequences of the Darkspawn no longer having a guiding voice.

Sidenote, there will be a Dragon Age Collector's Edition (a la Fallout 3) released in mid October with all the DLC add-ons for $60.
GamesRadar+ takes you closer to the games, movies and TV you love.

Beat it once on the 360 with a crap ending...now I have a chance to go all the way through on the PS3 with all the add-ons. Sweetness.
