We've got like 7 threads with Fifa 11 floating around so I figured lets just make on and make it easier. Mods/Admins please merge all the other threads if you want.

I believe the demo comes out today, really looking forward to this game. Hopefully we can get a VSN team going on Xbox 360.

I could never get into Fifa OTP. hockey is good because everyone is involved most of the time. with soccer that isnt the case.

Just played a couple games of the demo. Definitely a fun game. Also you can try about the be a pro goalkeeper but only in the 1 v 1 practice screen, just hit the back/select button and choose switch sides. I was having a blast playing as the goalie, it isn't overly difficult but if you mess up the CPU will score.

don't really like the new PK format, gotta control the goalie and the kick meter is gay

I thought the gameplay and ball physics were fantastic.

I just sat their hoofing shots in 1v1 for half an hour, watching them curve through and occasionally snipe the top corner from 30-35yds out.

All over this like Champ on cake.

Either they changed something or I got extremely bad at taking shots from further than 15 yards. I'm shanking balls like crazy.

Yeah I noticed that slide tackles are needed more but actually work well in this game. I like the new passing system too even though I exploited the old one with quick fire passes all the way up the field. Even if it is more difficult, realism is always better.

I'm really enjoying playing as the keeper. Although I tend to find that the proper position isn't always where the circle is. I tend to come out further and cut down the angle a bit more than they suggest. Timing of the shots is rather difficult.

Don't know if you figured it out yet, but if you're rushing the player hit 'X' to slide at his feet. I didn't know that and Kaka kept pushing the ball right around me. I was having a blast just playing that mode though and messing around as the goalie trying to save as many in a row as I could.

Only played 1 game but it's awesome, feels alot more realistic too.
