This sucks for anyone who bought the 4GB arcade, but is this something that Bungie could patch? Couldn't they run a check on the MU's storage capacity in addition to whether a HD is attached? I'd also be interested to see the additional storage requirements that make it mandatory for a HD to be in use.

Not sure what MS formatting restrictions are but popping in any size drive because of the sata connector is a plus not a minus.

Whats wrong with the 4gb ? MS allowing USB thumb and external drives was a huge plus IMO. Them getting rid of proprietary connection was another big plus.

More research tells me that 250GB is the max, and it has to be a Western Digital Blue drive. People from OT have 300GB WD's formatted to 250.
