I like this year's game too, but it needs that patch BADLY. Defense is absolutely broken.

NCAA feels tighter, defense is better but yes overall the gameplay is similar but if you play NCAA extensively like i do, you can feel the different.

Edit: oh the lag in madden is much worse too than in ncaa where some games i have no lag at all
