I didn't have any issues like that at all but I'll play it again to double check. I thought the game looked amazing.

Color Palette was similar. Facial Animation is similar. But it's definitely not as beautiful(graphically overall) as Uncharted.

This game sounds like it's going to be one long escort mission. The demo was fun, but if this chick needs to stay alive for me to stay alive, she better carry her weight and not just be someone I have to take care of for 8-12 hours.

There's definitely parts where you have to toss her across bridges or huge gaps. And then there's times when you have to carry her on your back. She does have unlock able abilities that will help you in combat. And she also manages all your upgrades.

EDIT: And by manage, I dont mean she chooses for you. But she has this tech thing she does the upgrades in. I dont want to confuse anyone into thinking she controls EVERYTHING in the game lol.

It seems that the game may be catching a little more steam because of the demo. I just listened to the Open Forum Radio podcast for the first time after hearing them join a recent Gamer Husbands podcast. The main host, can't remember his name now, was raving about it and said he's getting it day one. Then one of the other guys said he will get it because he also has a Kmart coupon and didn't know what to get with it because it expires in October and there weren't any games coming out in October that he wanted. Now there is.

Played the demo and I liked it, looks pretty cool from the trailer at the end, must say though it really is like Uncharted. Don't know if it's a Day 1 purchase yet because FIFA will have a hold of my life lol but I'll definitely be picking it up.

Yeah, I saw after I posted the Joystiq review that most sites have been giving it an 8, which is still damn good. I know someone gave it a low score though. I can't remember who.
