PS3 Netflix going disc free in 4 days, 1080i/5.1 Surround

There's a lot of TV shows I watch on Netflix, off the top of my head: The Office, Arrested Development, Better Off Ted, Parks And Rec, Bones, Weeds, Rescue Me, Fight Quest.....

I like this interface more than the XBox one, easier to see your entire instant queue... but I think the stream quality is better on XBox after 1 episode of Parks and Rec.

EDIT: Forget that quality quote, seconds afterwards the PS3 quality got MUCH better.

I love how much faster the user experience is with the Netflix app. With the disc it would take too long to start. Also fast forward and rewind are MUCH better now.

AND now they changed up the interface so it's all screwed up, I had the seasons of my TV shows lined up and now season 1 is top row, 2 is bottom row instead of being side by side....change it back dammit.

My queue is ok, I don't see the same problems you have. My A-Team collection is sitting in the same row.

This took a while to fire up initially, maybe it was a first time thing, hopefully it doesn't take that long every time. But the video started almost instantly, very quickly and it works great with the controller now.

I dunno, I liked the earlier version better with the vertical scrolling instead of the horizontal scrolling.

I've thought it's been better than 360 for a while. It always started out in basically SD for the first five seconds or so but then after that it looked and sounded better than on 360.

Yeah pretty much, I never used PS3 for it before because of the dumb disk, but I'll probably use it from now on.
