I thought this demo/beta was weak. Killstreaks & Perks are too much like the Call of Duty games. I would have preferred they made their own formulaic multiplayer. Melee is down right garbage. Game lags like crazy...or it could have been just the groups I was continuing to get matched up with. I saw a lot of German flags, so maybe that was why they had such poor connections to I guess my host(I was the only full green ping).

Free Running stuff is cool. The energy bar is cool. Armor boost and cloak are there and work, I just dont really like either of them.

Passable game. Unless the SP is something completely unique and better than the MP.

I am into racing sims, not arcade games. GT5 stomps all over Forza from a racing standpoint.

My post had nothing to do with PS3/360 debate, but the fact that my understanding is that the first Crysis you needed a top of the line pc gaming rig to run it at full settings, and I'm sure the 2nd one will be the same.

Hence why I think it is funny that it is being ported to consoles when it looks so gorgeous on a PC.

Furthermore, it was also my understanding that the first Crysis wasn't even that great of a game, it just looked badass.

However continue assuming that I am just here to troll because I'm "jealous" because I don't own a 360

I don't own a 360 by choice.

hell yeah you needed a serious machine to run that game. i remember playing the demo, wasnt thrilled by it.

I'll just fill in here for answers.

Crysis 2 is being ported and isn't using the original cry engine. I think if I remember right the engine being used this time is similar to the one that was used in Far Cry too but a little more tweaked. I haven't kept on my crysis (or pc gaming for that matter) so I'm not 100% sure.

The first crysis was pretty good for the people that knew what it was about. They had a lot of crazy good things going on in it. Sadly PC pirating and the fact you needed a decent computer to run it did hurt it a bit. The whole myth about it needed a "crazy high end" computer and you had to spend thousands of dollars on a machine to play it was pretty funny to me. When I used to work at a computer store we sold crysis ready computers that were around $899. No monitor or keyboard/mouse in the package but those machines played the game and were pretty good computers for people.

Yes you are a PS3 troll with your fancy black system that yellow rings instead of the cool red us Xboxers get. Green smoke > boring black smoke.

I know I am a PS3 troll, I just wanted to make it clear that I was not attempting to be a PS3 troll in this thread.

I would have replied " consoles", but I did not know this was a multiplatform game, I haven't paid attention to it at all.
