I've been thinking about my point situation recently and I'm seriously wondering if someone from this very site is responsible.

Point one:
The first theft occurred my first day of vacation. I had mentioned here several times that I was leaving and going to be away for a while and coincidentally my points disappear the exact day I leave.

Point two:
The second theft happened literally a day, if I'm not mistaken, after I had added the two 4000 point cards to my account. Again, I had mentioned that here on the site because I was talking about possibly getting Trenched.

Point three:
The stolen points were used to purchase shit in FIFA 11. This site is a sports gaming site (mostly). They were used to download a myriad of other arcade games or content. Nope, just FIFA bullshit.

Point four:
IIRC my email and password were the same on Live as it was on this site. Since then my info has been changed with everything else.

As far as I know those two times were the only times that my account was compromised because I've only had to recover my gt those two times. On both occasions many people from this very site would've had direct knowledge of pertinent information pertaining to myself or my account habits, whereas no one else would've. I find it hard to believe that some random clown would've gotten that lucky...twice.

I would think that X-box (MS) would have an investigation dept. and they would be able to get (at least) an IP address

If so, interview them. Start with the darkest one.

yeah another reason to never share that you are not going to be home on the internet....trust no one.

Also never leave points in your account.....buy a card, redeem then and then use them. I would say that there is a 99% chance that it is someone on vsn.

They do. I'm waiting for them to contact me. It's been six days now. They told me it could be up to 20 days.

Oh yeah, they definitely will. They told me they can track it by IP and the console serial, and obviously the gt. I'm guessing at the very least the shit dick will have their console banned and I get my points back. Have fun with your boosted soccer players while you can!

Yeah, on PS3. And I haven't done that in ages. I don't think you can even do that on 360? Even if you can I never have.

[As TWIGG4075 turns to leave, MONGO bursts back into the room.]

MONGO [Interjecting]

Exactly! It seems a little too coincidental that the evidence perfectly lines up, dont'cha think? We've got to let this guy go and get back out there and wrap this up before the captain catches wind of this...

I'm really digging Torchlight but some of the aspects of it confuse the fuck out of me. I guess I'm just old or maybe the game doesn't explain things very well but trying to figure certain things out is arduous. I'm a few hours in and still have no idea how to have my "pet" cast spells. I know I saw a prompt pop up saying they could but I have no idea bow to equip a spell to my pet.

I guess there is no way to set it to automatically transmute certain items like in Dungeon Hunter either?

And what is the point if having two skill sets when I can't set different weapons to each? For instance, I would like to have a melee set with my axe and a ranged set with my handgun.

So I'm really enjoying my 3DS so far. I completed all of the events in Pilotwings and it took me about 10 hours to get at least 2 stars in each event. I also played through most of the levels of the first world in Raving Rabbids Travel in Time and got gold in the first series of races in Asphalt 3D. I got Rabbits and Asphalt for $16 each and they both seem well worth that price. I'm saving Zelda for last because I know I'll be putting a ton of time into that game.

Ok, so my Live was reinstated today. But these clowns didn't refund all my points. They still owe me 1480 of the 7200 that were stolen. As I had mentioned before, my account was compromised twice. Once for 1480 and once for 5720. I had to call again and they said they'll get back to me in 24hrs. Yeah, I'm holding my breath. Morons.
