[ALL] are there any good games right now

NFS is all i am playing, and its not cutting it for me. i need something new and fresh to play. A new RPG would be nice. any suggestions beside the gay fable 3 or fallout vegas that i already played? plays dragon ages too and mass effect and RDR...so i think i am screwed.

black ops would have been the game for me at this time of year, but thats the same game we played the past few years (ala madden)

i cant seem to get into AC2 either. any suggestions on something i might have missed for any of the 3 consoles? i dont care what kind of game as long as its not sports and is good....shit man, this is the buying seasons and i dont see anything new to buy

Demon's Souls is the best current-gen RPG i've played though its more of a hack and slash with RPG elements throw in. extremely difficult but if you stick with it, it truly is an amazing game.

i willl have to check out those. didnt like the demo for heavy rain. isnt darksiders and dantes along the lines of God of war series? i heard mised thoughts on splinter cell....dont know what wolverine is

i tried to play that disc of DLC, but it just looked so dated that i couldnt deal with it

2 worlds might be worth looking at except i heard it wasnt so good....it sure looked cool enough

Well since you have all 3, i'd suggest just checking CAG (cheapassgamer.com) and just buy a few games that are great deals. They had Singularity and Splinter Cell Conviction for just $10 each. Even a game you may not love is still worth it if you can find it for cheap.

One game you might not have heard of but is great is Valkyria Chronicles. Its a turn based JRPG made by Sega, but the game is the tits.

those turn based games are not for me. i tried Civ 4 and ....no....i couldnt do it
i wouldnt mind the new super mario...looks like fun but i think i have out grown that type of game....thats why the rpgs are so great now because u have to follow along and think about what your doing

If you don't mind the grinding, less-than-stellar graphics or BATSHIT INSANE PLOT... this is one of the better Action/RPGs out there.

I think it took me around 30 hours but I did every side mission.

And you guys are seriously recommending BOTH Two World games? I've never played them nor will I but I knew I remember the first one being horrific.
