the first one was good the second one it seemed they just wanted to put something out to capitalize on the first one

the story was just not up to par like the first one although co-op was fun

      THE FIRST ONE WAS AWESOME.

And no the 360 doesn't have a copy with all the DLC, but I'd just wait till they discount them to 400 points each.

I just heard that the elevator rides, driving the Mako and a few other things really dragged the game down.

And as for me, I'll take a ton of action over a long, drawn out story with hundreds of dialogue trees any day. Which is why I think I should skip right to 2.

1 is great. 2 is great. They are both different in many ways. 1 has alot more character building and management of your crew and inventory. 2 is more streamlined (whatever that means). it is more about action then exploration and character building. Plus the management of your crew and inventory is very basic....although the crew management is still very much there in the form of choices with their stories.

i just saw ME2 for $20 new. for as much as u collect games i can not believe you wont give this a shot for $20 bucks. I am not a collector but i wont get rid of ME1 and i am going to buy ME2 again now that its 20.

dont u like anything sci fi like star wars or star trek? you can borrow my copy of ME1 for the price of the postage to mail it back to me. i will send it to you if it mean you will play the game.....your totally missing out

they both have tons of dialog trees. after a short time u know what you can skip and what u shouldnt. the elevator rides are just something you see while a new area loads. it can get repetitive but at least you see your crew and hear conversation that is actually quite funny and interesting. Driving the mako could have been better and it really only blows when your trying to climb steep ridged mountain areas

its not a long drawn out story. its a great story and the action is well balanced with it. if you could sit and watch cutscenes from UC2 or MGS4 then there is no reason why you cant sit thru dialog choices while playing the part during this games scenes

              ME2 > ME1 IMO.

Hopefully 3 takes the best parts from both games and combines them.

all I know is I hope they have the mako exploration sidebit like in the first one utilizing the mako design they had in me2

                and starship battles

Yeah, it was $13 on clearance at Target. Very tempting. But why buy it now when I can wait for a better version with all the content on PS3? I still won't get it when it first comes out but I'll get it when it hits around $30 or $20.

Actually, I'm not into sci-fi at all, which is another reason I've been skeptical. The Star Wars movies are ok but I'm not a big fan. And the only Star Trek movie I liked was the last reboot.

yes....totally agree. that hover craft in 2 was cool too. i want both the mako and the hover....maybe a all in one vehicle. The scanning from 2 should be sped up and made more fun. maybe a mini game or something that varies like a puzzle thing or something. They also need to include weapon building and upgrading from the supplies you find.

starship battles would be real cool too.

i also think the missions need to have more variety. ME1 was pretty varied and had alot of different sub plots. ME2 also had sub plots, but imo all those crew missions had basically the same point with the end result being loyalty. Yeah they were great....but there were too many and they were the main focus of the game. I want companion missions, but i dont want them to be the main focus

As for Twigg not wanting to get the game before it comes out for PS3... just rent that shit.

Aside from a makeover and some extra DLC/e-comic, you're looking at the same experience you'd get if you played the 360 version.

I haven't rented a game in years. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to finish one of these games as a rental anyway. And I'm sure not going to sign up for Gamefly just for ME.

Why are you so up on this game? How have you ever played it since it's on 360?
