I'm tempted to do a speed run on ME2 today but that'll end poorly for everyone involved.

I've left my apartment at like 11:55 for all the midnight releases I've gone to in the past couple years and always been out of there by 12:10-15.

I was surprised how easy it was to switch the profile a save game is under for ME2, and it still let me play the DLC from the other profile.

Do you guys think the DLC decisions/completions in ME2 will have any implications to ME3? I haven't finished the Shadow Broker yet so I dunno if there's an obvious answer, I just want to know if I should try to finish it before importing the save.

IMO

not really. Both the DLCs tie the story together / bridge the gap between ME2 & ME3 but you don't really get to make any critical choices in them.

I think completing the Shadow Broker would be important as to what happens in that mission.

It's also foolish to have delayed on the Shadow Broker mission. That's the first thing I would do after Horizon due to what that missions provides to you after it's over.
