Both Krogans, the Salarian Infiltrator, Quarian Engie and Asari Adept for me.

Shit has turned into mini-Pokémon but with guns even rarer than the monsters.

The guns with N7 actually in the name can't be obtained from any of the regular packs. You have to complete the challenges that BioWare posts about to get the special packs.

In other news, I'm starting to think there should be a level cap to access the different difficulty levels...

Buy Spectre packs.

It's a Rare weapon and Recruit/Vet packs only give Common to Uncommons (gear, soldier type and guns respectively).

Also, the Penny Arcade community runs a pretty decent set for PC groups.
