[ALL] PC Games

For christmas I was surprised with a new computer. It is not a very special computer, but my old one was made in 1999 and I couldn't even watch a youtube video so i was happy to get it. What are some some old school pre-2005 games that I should buy or try. I'm thinking of getting Unreal Tournament, Team Fortress 2, and possibly Diablo 2. I already bought Minecraft, first thing I really wanted to get. Also do you know a good site to download games? I fucking want Sim Theme Park but not only can't I find a decent torrent, there are no sites offering a buy that lets me just download the game, making me order it through disc bullshit. The best type of pc games I like are isometric view(like Diablo) and simulation games where you build cities, hence Sim Theme Park.

A GREAT site for older games and specifically older RPGs and Adventure (point and click) games is Good Old Games. www.gog.com

Some recomendations from me would be Planescape, Torment (warning: a lot of reading), Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 (classics), and Fallout 1 and 2.

Steam had both Deus Ex games for $3 the other day, but it's $10 for both now. Not sure if they'll bring it back again for the finale.

My laptop (which is a POS) can run Max Payne 2 well at its high settings. I'm sure yours can as well.

Oh dude, it isn't even comparable. PC version is WRPG, isometric view. D&D rules behind the screen that plays out in pretty decent combat.

I never played the PS2 stuff, but from what I've heard/seen it's more hack and slash, with less RPG elements yes?
