Wondering what you guys use. My laptop doesn't have a capture card, so I'd have to get an external. I want to start recording some of my games.

TV is a 720p, laptop is full 1080p.

Specifically, I'm going to use it on my PS3. Thanks.

That's the only thing that I know that will record in HD externally. It is also the easiest, most user friendly.

The cost.....well that's all personal. Check out my videos below for an example.

I have the hauppauge its a beauty but you need a 3rd part app to use it with mac

Well, my birthday's coming up. I was going to get a new monitor; I DO have a nice google check coming in. Monitor would be a tax deduction against the UCL earnings; this wouldn't be. I'm just not sure I want to spend two bills on something I'm really only using to show off on AC:B. ;)
