Should be simple, straightforward and mostly handled by the in-game mode.

I'm going to find out as many details as I can now so I can begin planning what I think is best for us, then we can talk it over.

We'll also have a Spring Training tournament, a few games long, just to make sure everyone who's signed up is cool with their team, gets warmed up to online play and not a quitter. If you can't get through this, then you won't get through a league, so expect this at the start. 3-6 Games long depending on your success, nothing intense.
