Don't know what you guys are talking about with this "to many hackers" shit. The Battlefield series I found (atleast BF2) was hack free for the most part. And if someone was hacking they were found and removed quickly with a quick ban. Since BF series got it right and kept dedicated servers.

I just read the GI article on this game last night. Everything sounds awesome. I'm sure it has been mentioned but I read that prone is being brought back. I'm sure that will make a lot of people happier.

The main thing with BF2 was to find a server where you could play and have fun in, but also with a group of people who were not a bunch of idiots. Leaf and I and our group played on a server called "The Meatgrinder". Was a great server, great map selection (which is key) never had a single problem with the admins, and it got to the point where we knew the clan running it, they tried to recruit us, and basically we were like "honoured members" so they would listen to us if people were hacking or cheating. Plus we never got kicked to make room for clan members.

This is what I think Modern Warfare fucked up on by removing the dedicated servers. I always enjoyed going to the same server every night, knowing it was full. Basically when playing BF2 you needed about 3 servers and that was all.

What's interesting is that in the GI article I recently read they must've played this exact sequence because they described it to a T. Every last line of dialogue and every event. Pretty awesome.

This game makes CoD look like a cartoon.
