You get fanboys for everything (see Twigg & PS3 for example).


It is just BF was made for the PC in mind first and ps3/xbox second. It stayed true to its roots and the makers know what made them a huge game to begin with. It wasn't the Xbox/Ps3 crowd playing BG1942, Vietnam, Desert Combat, BF2, BF2142, it was the PC crowd.

And yeah to a PC gamer, to me the game is toned down for you guys. Like I've said before, nothing beats a 64 man large open map which you guys will not get. You get 32, which is what MW is like. To me it is those huge maps and players that made the game. Even when I play Bad Company, I want a big map with lots of people.

You get it early if you grabbed Medal of Honor or pre ordered BF3 through Origin. But it's going to be released to download on Thursday.
